Sikkim is a wonderland in the lap of the Himalayas with its picture perfect surroundings and spectacular tableau of The Shangrila and Mt. Kanchenjunga, making it a charming land representing a concoction of Buddhism and Tibetology. Sikkim being situated in the northeastern part is the least populous state in India. Perched between the thumb-shaped state bordered by Nepal in the west, Bhutan in the east, Tibet (China) in the north and Darjeeling (West Bengal) in the south. This wonderland consists of the third highest peak in the world that is Mount Kanchenjungha.
